At Castro Investigations & Consulting PLLC, every investigation receives the direct involvement of experienced investigators. We work closely with our clients to understand the issues, identify the objectives, and develop an investigative strategy tailored to the specific circumstances of each matter.
We are not a high-volume private investigation agency. We are two highly experienced former FBI investigators who personally handle every case. We work directly with clients and attorneys to analyze complex matters, develop focused investigative strategies, conduct skilled and thoughtful interviews, and uncover the facts that matter most.

Our firm is led by two retired FBI Special Agents with decades of combined experience conducting, supervising, and supporting complex, sensitive, and high-stakes investigations.
We bring the investigative judgment, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail developed throughout our careers to every matter we accept.
Skilled investigative interviewing
Effective interviewing is one of the most important tools in an investigation. We have extensive experience interviewing witnesses, victims, subjects, employees, law enforcement personnel, and other individuals with relevant information.
We prepare thoroughly, listen carefully, identify inconsistencies and gaps, and ask the questions that move an investigation forward—pursuing new information and investigative leads wherever the facts take us.
Strategic case analysis
We do more than collect information. We review existing evidence, analyze competing accounts, identify unanswered questions and investigative gaps, develop potential leads, and help determine what investigative steps should come next.
Our objective is to give clients a clearer understanding of what is known, what remains unresolved, and what additional information may be obtainable.
Boutique and hands-on
We are intentionally a small investigative firm. Clients work directly with Kim and Raul Castro — the investigators responsible for conducting and overseeing the work.
This allows us to remain personally involved, communicate directly with our clients, and adapt our investigative strategy as new information develops.
