Kim is a retired FBI Special Agent with extensive experience leading and investigating complex international terrorism cases and Crimes Against Children. Throughout her career, Kim managed multi-jurisdictional and highly sensitive investigations, developing experience in interview and interrogation techniques, evidence handling, trial preparation, and training diverse audiences.

At FBIHQ, Kim served as a Supervisory Special Agent in the Human Resources Division, where she oversaw key personnel matters and contributed to strategic workforce initiatives.  

​

Kim was also a certified Crisis Negotiator Coordinator and Team Leader for the Chicago Crisis Negotiations Team, directing hostage and barricade situations, responding to international kidnappings, and providing training and guidance to local law enforcement agencies. A certified New Agent Assessor, Kim also traveled nationwide to evaluate and interview prospective FBI Special Agents, helping to shape the next generation of federal investigators.

Following her FBI career, Kim served as the Chief Investigator of the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) Office of Inspector General's Sexual Allegation Unit. In this role, Kim led a team investigating allegations of sexual misconduct between school staff and students, ensuring ethically driven investigations rooted in objectivity and highest professional standards.

Raul, a fluent Spanish speaker, is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer and retired FBI Special Agent with a distinguished background in law enforcement and intelligence. Raul's career with the FBI spanned investigations into domestic terrorism, violent crimes, and complex gang and narcotics investigations. He advanced to Supervisory Special Agent roles within the Criminal Intelligence Division and Weapons of Mass Destruction program, directing and overseeing sensitive, multi-jurisdictional operations. In this capacity, Raul's work often involved coordination with other foreign, federal and state law enforcement entities. 

 

Following retirement from federal service, Raul transitioned to the private sector, serving as an Intelligence Coordinator for a prominent law firm supporting complex financial and civil litigation matters. In his role, Raul provided investigative support and intelligence analysis working closely with attorneys, forensic accountants, and external investigators to develop evidence-driven strategies and actionable intelligence for litigation support.

 Raul later joined the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, where he provided critical liaison support to local law enforcement on missing children and cold case investigations. ​Raul also worked as an Investigator with the FBI and State Department, where he conducted high-level background checks and security clearance investigations. His work ensured the reliability, loyalty and integrity of individuals entrusted with sensitive government information and international assignments. Throughout his career, Raul developed extensive experience and expertise in federal personnel security protocols, counterintelligence risk indicators, and investigative interviewing.
